We believe that controlled training in high-stress problem solving builds character, physical toughness, emotional resiliency, and the ability to think under pressure resulting in individuals who overcome adversity and gain a healthier outlook on life. Our programs change lives by helping students develop the knowledge and understanding of important life skills that foster self-control and encourage positive personal growth.
My passion for jiu-jitsu and martial arts is driven by my love of learning and helping people. Jiu-jitsu teaches us so much about perseverance, discipline, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. The structure of a martial arts community is all around wonderful for children because it helps them to learn confidence and respect. Robert believes every child has an innate desire to succeed in life, but oftentimes this desire can be stifled by the lack of constructive “play” environments we find ourselves growing up in. Children need the opportunity to have fun and play games with one another so that they can develop both their physical and mental abilities through these experiences.
