Soca Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was founded in Rio de Janeiro and has experienced immense success. The company’s primary focus is to teach our students how to compete with more established organizations while also providing a quality product that combines strength training equipment, nutrition advice, and an aggressive approach toward competition.
The goal of this course will be not just to get you ready for your first fight but to improve your skills within five weeks – such as all-out cardio work combined into weekly workouts which could last anywhere from four to eight hours at 100% intensity so that when you’re asked to move on after another bout (especially one where you’ve lost something), it’ll only happen because you gave everything possible. We provide original Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques to San Diego County. Although we are in Rancho Bernardo, many students attend our martial arts classes from nearby cities like Escondido, Poway, Sabre Springs, 4s Ranch, and more. We are a community-driven Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School and have worked hard to establish a family-friendly environment that is welcoming to all. Join the SOCA BJJ team.
The social side of society has made it so much easier for young men and women from other countries to learn primary forms like judoka. Our programs use only black belts who teach their art outside of traditional schools because they do not want their children learning jiujutsu under anyone’s control. Many years ago, when I was playing soccer with my older brother at play he would always ask me, “what does no one understand?” this statement led him to study Judokai, where his spirit had allowed him access into another world – which gave him insight beyond what some people may think possible through any education or training method.

Our Mission

The Jiu-Jitsu mission faithfully represents the Soca Academy’s desire to enable thousands of people worldwide to gain access to soft art learning. Alexandre Soca and his coaches spare no effort to create a gym that can fulfill anyone’s dream of becoming a professional athlete. Alexander Soca has long believed in Jiu-Jitsu as a personal development tool. He started training and competing at the age of twelve, eventually winning his first IBJJF World Title before moving on to world championships, including BAMMA European Championships (2000)
