RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your Jiu-Jitsu Ethos Apparel Co purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with confirmation and provide store credit.
As all of our items are printed to order, we don’t offer direct exchanges. But if you need a different size or color, you can return your item for store credit. Just email us at [email protected] and send your item to 1708 Bunker Hill Ln suite 153, Lewisville TX. 75056.
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to cancel orders after this period, but once production begins, we can’t cancel the order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
To return your product, please mail it to 1708 Bunker Hill Ln suite 153, Lewisville TX. 75056. You’ll be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, your exchanged product may take some time to reach you. For items over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
