Whether your goal is to get fit, stay fit or compete, our adult class is the perfect way to get you there. Our classes are designed to for everyone, the beginner, and the advanced student. The one hour and fifteen-minute class consist of jiu-jitsu warm-ups, positional specific drilling, and rolling (sparring).
More than just a cardio workout or Zumba, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will take you to a higher level of fitness.
The female-only class is designed for ladies and girls who are looking to get fit, have fun while learning basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and self-defense skills. Learn fundamental takedowns, position controls, position escapes, and submissions to leave class feeling stronger and more empowered than ever.
