Aces Jiu-Jitsu Club has something for everyone. Whatever your skill level or age is, we have multiple programs that will benefit you and help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re looking to build discipline, strength, the ability to defend yourself, mental toughness, physical toughness, grow closer together as a family, have a skill to compete with, or any other benefits of Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu.

The Muay Thai program at Aces Jiu Jitsu Club provides a place where beginners and seasoned veterans alike may work on the finer points of the striking martial art known as the “Science of Eight Limbs. Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing, is Thailand’s national sport and cultural martial art. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and, as a martial arts system, is the descendant of Muay Boran, the fighting style of the ancient royal guard of the King of Thailand. Today, Muay Thai is generally accepted as the most devastating striking style in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) competition.

At our martial arts facility, we offer high levels of support with a safe, friendly environment for experienced martial artists or those new to martial arts who are looking to learn self-defense and get in shape. We serve adults and kids from ages five and up! We have recently partnered with the American Top Team TAMU Program to accommodate ANY students looking to compete in BJJ, Muay Thai, and MMA.

BJJ is the art of controlling another person’s body using leverage and mechanics. As a result, we can hold a larger attacker in a position you choose or “submit them” by strangling them or breaking a limb to end a fight. Your child will learn to hold down an attacker and call for help at any time if attacked. We are here to teach our students Jiu-Jitsu so that they don’t need special training outside their range of expertise; it’s not just about fighting each other (but with kids). The idea is to create more confidence from participating on some level without having to rely entirely upon what adults have learned via online classes/video chat channels but instead focus on teaching concepts like movement control.”
